Before Uploading your artwork, please make sure that:
- The format is correct
We can process Freehand, Illustrator, Photoshop files.
(check also the custom graphic requirement section)
- All files needed including support files (fonts, imported EPS/TIFF files, etc.) are placed in the same folder.
- The folder containing the artwork MUST BE NAMED after your INVOICE or ORDER NUMBER
- compress folder (SEA or SIT archive).
- file size is less than 10Mb
(contact us or send us a CD with the artwork if size exceeds 10Mb)

If your Freehand or Illustrator file does not need any support file, you can upload directly the file named after your invoice or order number (es. invoicenumber.eps or invoicenumber.ai)
